What I've Learned

I started this website on April 16, 2023.  With a plan to exclusively pump for 18 months, I realized I had only 100 days left and wanted to use the time to reflect on my journey and pull together all the lessons I learned in hopes that it may help other mommas who find themselves wanting to Exclusively Pump!  I hope that something below is helpful for you!
